Nottingham's dRamatic & dbAudio have had a fantastic last 12 months making a real headway in the drum and bass scene, their tunes have been gaining support from the likes of DJ Marky and LTJ Bukem and with releases on V Recordings and Good Looking Records already under their belt already, 2012 is going to be the year these guys establish themselves as the number one act for rolling drum and bass. So it is with great pleasure that we can now announce that they have put together a 4 track EP to be released on Flexout Audio called 'Indian Summer'!

Tru:Tek is a new outfit formed by producers / djs Rutile, Panza and Senate. Focusing on a deep, melodic approach to their sound between 130 and 140 bpm, the members musical backgrounds stretch as far as dub, drum and bass, hip hop, dancehall, metal, house, garage, grime and techno. This diverse range of influences has helped Tru:Tek to develop a truly original sound, blending both the traditions of dub and reggae, the tearing electronic sounds of techno and the heavy sample processing of IDM.

Detonate's 12th Birthday party!

DETONATE has established itself over the last 12 years as the biggest monthly drum and bass night in the UK according to DJ Friction and we certainly agree. Their line-ups are always the perfect balance of exciting new producers and legendary artists over 3 rooms at the magnificent Stealth nightclub in Nottingham.

They never ever fail to impress us with their events. The atmosphere and the sound system are both next level and we were lucky enough to grace the decks ourselves alongside Netsky, Fabio, Dramatic & DBaudio amongst others at the end of January.

They have done it again and got a massive massive massive line-up for their 12th birthday party this Friday (25th Febuary 2011) For all the Lincoln drum and bass heads out there thinking of going just click on the link below to see what all the fuss is about...
